What the service is

GuildMaster tracks a guild's content and roster: the bot posts calls in Discord, collects sign-ups and counts attendance, while the dashboard on the site shows the statistics.

We are an independent project and are not affiliated with Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Albion Online and related marks belong to their respective owners. The service does not interact with the game client, gives no in-game advantage and does not automate gameplay.

Connecting a guild

• after payment the guild receives a connect code;
• the code works on one Discord server and cannot be reused;
• the bot may be connected by someone entitled to manage the server;
• on connection the bot creates its own channels for calls and archives.

Guild obligations

By connecting the service, the guild master confirms that they:

• are entitled to pass us the member list of their server;
• have informed members that attendance is tracked;
• are responsible for who they grant dashboard access to.

What is not allowed

• sharing the connect code with third parties;
• attempting to access data of other guilds;
• interfering with the service: overloading it, bypassing limits, tampering with the bot;
• using the service to collect data about people outside your guild.

In case of a breach we may close access without refunding the current period.

Payment

Access is paid, billed in advance for a period. If payment is not received, the bot disconnects from the server and the dashboard closes. The data is kept for 90 days so the guild can come back.

Terms and pricing are agreed before connection.

Data

What data we process and how to have it deleted is described in the privacy policy. A guild's data stays the guild's data: we do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the bot and the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Short pauses for updates, Discord outages and hosting issues are possible.

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions a guild makes based on the statistics, nor for losses caused by the service being unavailable.

Termination

A guild may stop at any time: remove the bot from the server and let us know. We may end service with 30 days notice, or immediately in case of a breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

Significant changes are announced on Discord at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the service after they take effect, you accept them.
